    Description

    Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill our Staffing Coordinator role in Hobbs, NM. This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Screen, interview, hire, conduct orientations, monitor work performance, and placement of field employees using company ATS system (training provided)
    • Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule appointments/interviews
    • Work with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals
    • Complete new hire paperwork of field employees
    • Build and maintain relationships with all branch clients

    Requirements:

    • Good personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs (MS Word + Excel, email, etc.) effectively and efficiently
    • Social Media Recruiting Experience
    • Excellent communication skills (over the phone and in person)
    • Record-keeping skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

    Compensation:

    The salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus 1% commission.
