HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim OR Manager at a 300 bed hospital in California.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing, coordinating, and monitoring patient care delivery for the OR
• Staff engagement and retention
• Oversight of team, maintaining moral and team engagement, collaboration with other leaders and improving patient optimization

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of operating room leadership experience combined with direct, clinical experience working in in the OR; minimum of five (5) years of operating room RN experience; strong communication skills; collaborative leadership style and effective interpersonal skills when working with physicians and staff
• License: State of California RN license required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Computer Skills: EMR experience (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
  

All expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, transportation and trips home during the assignment.
