    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of 75-85k based on experience.
    • The working hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturday sessions available upon request.

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in client homes and/or the community. It is not a remote position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures.
    • Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
    • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
    • Ensure appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data-driven goals and objectives.
    • Train and support behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center.
    • Conduct regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan.
    • Complete re-assessments and write reports per insurance guidelines.
    • Participate in regular clinical meetings.
    • Agree to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
    • Complete documentation of services in a timely manner.
    • Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
    • Remain current regarding research and evidence-based practices.
    • Complete competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines.
    • C competently deliver services via telehealth, when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CAQH profile and NPI.
    • Collaborate and coordinate care with other evidenced-based disciplines, medical providers, educators.
    • Complete and maintain all mandatory in-house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline.
    • Complete accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system.
    • Strictly adhere to The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
    • Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
    • Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
