Position Description
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients needs and commitments. Service Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned maintenance and project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.
Service Managers manage the financial health of their business unit by maintaining an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.
