Direct the cleaning and housekeeping of the team assigned equipment spaces building and/or grounds Direct the maintenance of assigned equipment and the completion of the teams work orders preventive maintenance and other records Oversee repair of equipment physical facilities Preventive maintenance tasks and maintenance inspections Assist in applicable utility installation operation maintence
Inspect for report or correct code safety violations Oversee proper completion entry purchase orders Respond to fire emergencies Manage time properly insure timeliness work order PM completion Complete maintence documentation timely accurate fashion Gather missing information addition record Five years related experience comparable combination education experience maintaince repair facility equipement Leadership experiene required
