    Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Product Manager - Retail Services SDK/AP in Cards, Retail and Merchant Services as part of Consumer Lending.

    Digital Acquisition Capabilities within the Cards, Retail and Merchant Services group designs and develops the next generation of digital client experience and capabilities.

    The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for the Application Programming Interfaces (API) and Software Development Kits (SDK) used by Retail Services (Private Label) clients to integrate our financing products within the clients consumer experiences.

    This individual will be responsible for feature development and prioritization of product roadmap by working with technical delivery and support teams, business development and client relationship management teams.

    Ability to balance between speed-to-market and feature development will be critical to the success of this position.


    In this role, you will:** Lead complex initiatives including new products or enhancements

    • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major global Treasury Management, Trade and Payment products and services
    • Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
    • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
    • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
    • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
    • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
    • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

    Required Qualifications, US:** 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


    Desired Qualifications:** Experience with delivering and managing customer facing web applications or capabilities

    • Self-starter with ability to learn new technologies and business drivers
    • Knowledge of Agile project/product management methodologies
    • Customer facing experience to lead and facilitate critical product related discussions
    • Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization
    • Develop partnerships with many operational/functional areas
    • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
    • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
    • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
    • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated understanding of web services, web applications and system integrations.

    Job Expectations:** Planning and defining requirements and functional specifications for API/SDK products and features

    • Driving the delivery of key features in a timely manner to match client and business expectation.
    • Working collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders while being a customer advocate
    • Bridging the gap between technology teams and business stakeholders
    • Defining the consumer experience, developing the product roadmaps, building the go-to-market strategy and identifying product success metrics
    • Providing product subject matter expertise in working with internal and external partners to drive success of products and features, which includes assessing gaps, managing testing, and supporting client implementations
    • Tracking and understanding industry, market, competitive, and technology trends related to integrating banking capabilities within external systems
    • Seeking customer insights and identifying unmet customer needs related to integrating banking capabilities within external systems.
    • Tracking and reporting on metrics related to successful use of the products.
    • Establishing clear communication channels to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of product capabilities and updates
