- Plans and organizes daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels for adequate care onsite and remote services.
- Develops, reviews, and implements policies & procedures.
- Recruits, selects, trains, and manages staff.
- Works cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure operations are aligned with goals.
- Approves and contributes to in-service education programs for team members.
- Submits invoices to accounts payable and coordinates accounts receivable management.
- Resolves operational issues to improve quality of care.
- Promotes programs and services to local businesses, physicians, and community groups.
- Investigates, resolves, and documents resolution of patient complaints.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in growth and team development strategies.
- Demonstrated openness to change and ability to lead teams through transitions smoothly.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and person workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
