Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans: Create and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Classroom management: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assessment and feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and use assessment data to inform instructional decisions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the academic success and well-being of students.
• Professional development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends, teaching strategies, and best practices.
• Individualized support: Provide additional support to students who may require special attention, working closely with special education and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Certification (if required)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and State clearances (or willing to obtain).
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
