- Support students with computer-based classes.
- Mentor students that are enrolled in the dropout recovery program.
- Work with the Lead Teacher to keep progress reports and grades up to date.
- Assist with administrative processes and ensures compliance with state requirements.
- Assist with testing coordination for benchmarking and all other state testing.
- Active participation in the continuous improvement and accreditation process as needed.
- Attend all staff meetings, professional development activities, and serve on staff committees as required.
- Strive to maintain and improve professional competence through professional development opportunities.
- Assist with community outreach, student recruitment and student retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One (1) years prior work experience working with high school students.
- Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Must possess an AZ DPS Fingerprint and Background Clearance Card.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Products
- Bachelor's Degree
- Teaching Certificate
- Two (2) years prior work experience as an Instructional Teacher.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in Mathematics or English Language Arts
