    Job Description Quantum Space was founded to lead the next Space frontier with the development of our QuantumNet constellation.

    As part of the Quantum team, you will be a key contributor to the future of space-based data and logistics services via our state-of-the-art spacecraft platforms.


    We're looking for a proven business development operations analyst that can be a valued-added member to the overall Business Development team.


    TYPICAL DUTIES
    Maintain, update, configure, and automate the company's business development pipeline of government and commercial contract opportunities using the MONDAY Sales tool
    Perform data mining to identify and recommend potential contract opportunities that meet the company strategic vision using common search sites including , the Acquisition Resource Center and similar government sites that post government contract opportunities
    Coordinate and extract information from company engineers to support proposal development efforts
    Read and decompose key sections of government and commercial solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, etc.)
    Create solicitation summaries for presentation at internal decision meetings, including Section L and Section M requirement summaries
    Prepare internal gate review partially completed templates based on solicitation requirements
    Coordinate, manage, and lead proposal color team reviews, including managing the color review schedule and coordination of attendees
    Configure the company SharePoint proposal site by adding required folders and managing the access and invitations to the proposal sites
    Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to advise on adjustments to business development strategies
    Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards on business development activities, outcomes, and forecasts to senior management.
    Facilitate the integration of new business development processes and technologies into existing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    Oversee compliance checks for all proposals before submission to ensure adherence to government and industry standards.
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Understanding of aerospace industry
    Monday Sales Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Tool
    Familiarity with government contract websites such as and the ARC
    SharePoint front end management (Create folders, pages, permissions, etc.)
    Ability to work effectively in a team and to lead project groups
    Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments

    DESIRED SKILLS
    Desired proficiency in data analysis and the use of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, PowerAutomate)
    Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant compliance guidelines
    Proficiency in project management software beyond SharePoint, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
