Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.     • Shift Hours (Specific days of week with shift details): 7p-7:30am, assigned weekends and assigned holidays

    • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

    • Weekend Shift Hours: every other weekend

    • Call Requirements (Specific days of week with shift details): no on call

    • Required Certifications (i.e. BLS, ACLS, NRP, ARRT, AWHONN, etc.): BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM

    • Years of Experience: 3+

    • Float Requirements: Labor and delivery and Post Partum

    Unit Information:

    • Number of Beds: 11 Labor Beds, 16 Post Partum Beds, 2 OR and 2 Recovery Bays

    • Patient Ratios: 1:1-1:3 in labor, 1:6-1:8 in post partum

    • Equipment: Fetal monitoring, Infant Warmers, FSE, IUPC

    • EMR: EPIC

    Hiring Profile:

    • Must Have Skills/Experience:
    Labor and delivery - management of labor, FSE, IUPC, epidural care

    • Preferred Skillset/Experience:
    Prefer 3+ years experience

    • Type of Patients on Unit:
    Laboring mothers, antepartum patients, post partum patients, gyne surgery patients

    • Personality Fit: team oriented, hardworking, able to manage emergency situations, willing to step in and help others on the unit
