The Weatherization Admin Coordinator plays a vital role in managing effective communication between Weatherization contractors and internal teams.
This position is responsible for ensuring timely responses to contractor inquiries, maintaining accurate financial records and processing vendor invoices. Supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts aligned with programs such as Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), Home Repair, and Conservation. The Program Coordinator's efforts contribute to the seamless operation of departmental initiatives and enhance the overall effectiveness of the services provided to the community.
