    Marketing & Digital Communications Manager**Are you a dynamic marketer with a knack for *digital marketing and communications*? We have an exciting opportunity for a *Marketing & Digital Communications Manager* to join our growing team This role blends strategic marketing with digital communications to create effective campaigns and optimize our web presence.

    E-commerce expertise is a valuable bonus, but the core focus is on executing comprehensive digital strategies.
    *Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns including PPC, email marketing, and social media.

    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, optimizing for maximum ROI and audience engagement.
    • Oversee SEO strategies with an emphasis on keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization.
    • Collaborate with various departments to create marketing campaigns that align with brand messaging and support the company's goals.
    • Create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, graphics, and website copy.
    • Partner with external agencies to coordinate SEM, PPC, and social media advertising campaigns, aligning them with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Implement a CRM system to improve lead generation, distribution, and qualification, while collaborating with the sales team for seamless lead handoff.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging and technical accuracy across all marketing materials.
    • Foster strategic partnerships with the sales team to create unified customer journeys and enhance sales force effectiveness.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of proven marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing and B2B.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee campaigns from concept to completion.
    • Experience with PPC management and Google Ads campaigns.
    • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
    • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
