    My client is one of the world's largest manufacturer of coaxial interconnect products for radio frequency, microwave, and data transmission applications, and a proven leader in enabling next-gen technology They have a global team of experienced engineers who work to develop innovative solutions utilizing the most advanced manufacturing technology available, and they specialize in creating custom solutions that meet customer-specific design requirements.

    Description

    This role involves driving growth strategies, expanding market presence, and fostering relationships within the region. The ideal candidate is dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced in sales within the manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.

    Profile

    They are looking for someone with a background in manufacturing sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills to join their team.

    • Bachelors degree preferred (but not required);
    • At least 3 years of Manufacturing-specific sales and business development experience, preferably within the electronic component industry.
    • At least 2 years of experience working closely with Distributors and Manufacturers' Reps - preferably in a supervisory capacity.
    • Strong focus in securing new accounts and customers, as well as product line expansion with existing customer base.
    • High-energy self-starter with strategic plans in place to expand our reach.
    • Self-starter that prefers to work independently and is able to fill their workday with new client interactions.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and computer/smartphone skills are a must.

    Job Offer
