Qualifications:
Working Conditions:
The Certified Nursing Assistant will primarily work in the assisted living unit of the facility. This role entails a combination of hands-on tasks, exposure to varying needs, and interaction with residents, families, and staff.
Physical Demands:
The physical requirements include standing, bending, talking, hearing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, using hands and fingers for tasks, reaching with hands and arms, lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds regularly.
Occasionally, lifting and transferring residents using proper techniques, and assisting residents to move to different locations as needed. Visual acuity for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception is essential, along with the ability to adjust focus. Sense of smell is necessary for resident safety and care quality.
