Clinical Director

Responsibilities:

Follows all Key T Wellness Center policies and protocols in the normal course of business; Oversite of daily clinical operations. Sound medical decision making abilities; Determine abnormal clinical conditions by administering or ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, MRIs, EKGs, and laboratory studies; interpret test results as appropriate. Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Develop and implement patient care management plans according to Key T Wellness protocols. Maintains true and accurate records in EMR and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and team-oriented behavior; have mutual respect for management and team members; Mentor and partner with team members to create an exceptional experience for each and every patient and employee. Be punctual, dependable and goal oriented. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending regularly required CME (per individual professional requirements) and willingness to constantly learn; Review periodic professional publications; Participate in appropriate professional societies/groups.

Follow all safety rules while on the job and always maintain a "safety first" attitude.

Follow company protocols in effective management of employees in an encouraging and motivational manner.

Responsible for minor business administration duties and brief report generation.

Actively oversee and participate in daily and periodic facility maintenance in a "lead by example" fashion.

Qualifications:

Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits. Graduate of a U.S. accredited PA/NP program or other equivalent midlevel program. Active DEA certificate and state license in good standing. Active Controlled Substance Registration, if applicable in your state
