- Maintain and enhance Mainframe Systems utilizing Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, or IMS
- Provide on-call support, system support, troubleshooting, and production support for Mainframe Systems, including occasional evening or weekend shifts
- Conduct Systems Analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and gather requirements
- Operate within an Agile environment
- Years of experience as a Mainframe Programmer Analyst or Engineer
- Proficiency in Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, and/or IMS
- Experience in Productions Support, System Support
- Strong analytical skills, requirement gathering capabilities, and business acumen
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
