    ABOUT THE FLOCK

    **The IT Infrastructure team is seeking a highly motivated End user services team who works together to ensure all our end users receive the support they deserve. Handle escalation when called upon, with ambitious growth for this year we are looking for someone interested in the high pace environment.**

    HOW YOULL FLY

    **As a Desktop Support Specialist bird reporting to the Associate Director of Global End User Services, you'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by demonstrating a good working and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows 10. Basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge and usage Excellent time management skills are needed to multi-task work quickly and balance multiple tasks at once while maintaining service level agreements with business units. Good communication skills are one of the most important facets of Desktop Engineer job role in maintaining high customer service levels.**

    WHAT YOULL BRING

    **Youre the bird were looking for if you have:**

    **3-5 years of desktop, end user support working within helpdesk systems including, reporting, software/hardware asset management and change management.**

    **3-5 years of experience supporting MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016 including Microsoft Teams 2010/2013/2016. Office 365 a plus.**

    **Must have experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting mobile devices (IOS, Droid, and Windows) including mobile device management software.**

    **Must have 3-5 years of experience imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 workstations.**

    **Experience supporting desktop anti-virus software, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Kaspersky a plus.**

    **Excellent communication, customer relation and problem-solving skills a must.**

    **Ability to work autonomously on various problems and be willing and able to take on new responsibilities as needed.**

    **Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.**

    **Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment where results are achieved through influence and the incorporation of multiple points of view.**
