Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office | No Weekends
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, performance-based sales role where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
Our company partners with over 130,000 businesses and 3,000+ golf courses nationwide, providing proven marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

Compensation
Base Salary: $33,904 annually
Commission: 10%–20%
Monthly Performance Bonuses: $1,000–$2,500
Annual Bonuses: $6,000–$12,000
Daily & Weekly Sales Incentives (SPIFFS)
Weekly Pay
On-Target Earnings: $33,904 – $120,000+ annually
(Uncapped commission structure)
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to local business owners
Present and explain marketing solutions
Close sales and manage client accounts
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Paid Training & Support
Comprehensive paid training from day one
Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Proven sales scripts and processes
No prior sales experience required
