This role will support the development of dashboards and reports for PACCAR's dealerships to access their loyalty rewards. They will have to have extensive reporting experience with Salesforce CRMA, Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and working with teams to get the data from databases.

1. Experience building reports with Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM/Salesforce CRMA

2. Working knowledge on Agile projects using sprint-based execution

3. Strong communication skills and customer interaction skills

Business Drivers/Customer Impact

PACCAR is modernizing one of their legacy applications into Salesforce and wants to increase the analytics that their dealerships have access to. This person will be building reports that the dealers can use to track their orders, supply chain, and status towards rewards.
