    Responsibilities


    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives
    • Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
    • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
    • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners on behalf of executives
    • Provide administrative support as needed, including managing office supplies, filing documents, and organizing files
