Are you a licensed attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience who does not want to practice but wants to stay within the legal field? This may be the position for you My client, a national insurance defense firm, is seeking a Legal Trainer for Associates.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (JD)
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably insurance defense within a law firm
• Strong academic history
• Excellent written and spoken language skills
• Excellent communication
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable
• Self-motivated
• Proactive

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of legal training materials.
• Ensure that the legal training program aligns with the Firm's strategic goals and values, such as diversity and inclusion, client service excellence, and diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with HR to oversee, review, and design elements of the summer intern induction, trainee induction, and ongoing trainee programs.
• Work closely within practice groups to adapt content for delivery.
• Assess, curate, and recommend supplemental professional development and CLE resources.
• Other duties may include conducting conflict checks.
