Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in data centers, warehouses, and various tilt up builds? Our nationally recognized company is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona.
We are a commercial General Contractor that is a national leader in the industry.
We are looking to expand our Arizona office with Project Managers that can tackle data centers and various tilt up builds.
DescriptionDirects team and their activities relating to Commercial projects, including data centers and tilt up builds
Collaborates with team to define construction requirements
Upholds project standards and ensures specifications are met
Conducts safety and quality control inspections
Maintains established contractual requirements to manage quality standards
Profile
Experience leading ground-up Commercial projects including data centers and tilt up builds
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field a plus
Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Offer
$100k - $120k
