- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Defence & Security SCM solutions.
- Configure and integrate SAP modules including: SAP MM (Materials Management); SAP PM / EAM (Maintenance & Asset Management); SAP WM / EWM (Warehousing); SAP SD (Logistics & Distribution); Defence-specific SAP D&S components.

- Integrate modern SCM technologies and digital tools to improve transparency, traceability, and resilience.
- Leverage data-driven insights for demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and readiness reporting.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and govern defence supplier and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with defence procurement regulations, contracts, and security policies.
- Act as a key liaison between military stakeholders, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Risk, Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with defence regulations, military standards, and security classifications.
- Support secure system design, data protection, and access control.
- Align with NATO / MoD logistics and supply chain standards where applicable.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Provide training and guidance to military and civilian personnel.
- Develop operational documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support change management and user adoption in defence environments.
- 8+ years of SAP SCM experience, including leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Defence & Security (D&S).
- Strong understanding of military logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in high-security or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex SAP SCM programmes end-to-end.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Defence & Security.
- Knowledge of NATO, MoD, or defence logistics standards.
- Background in military MRO, fleet management, or asset sustainment.
