    Food Safety Supervisor


    Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 3:00 pm to 1:00 am


    Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is looking for a Food Safety Supervisor to join their team. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and SQF standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing food safety and SQF systems to guarantee continuous adherence to standards.

    • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
    • Manage SQF systems and provide backup support as needed
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints related to quality
    • Conduct internal audits and analyze statistical data
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Develop and execute food safety training programs
    • Lead management reviews of food safety & SQF systems
    • Oversee calibration and testing programs
    • Provide support to the management team in the absence of the Manager
    • Ensure all employees are equipped with necessary tools and training

    • Experienced in SQF practices
    • Skilled in leadership and performance management
    • Proficient in problem-solving and results-driven
    • Effective in communication and time management
    • Tech-savvy with a learning mindset
    At a minimum, you have...
    • Degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of quality/food safety experience
    • HAACP knowledge/certification is a plus
