- Make an Impact Our RNFA's are highly respected for their role in the Operating Room As an RNFA, you would serve as the Surgical First Assistant by directly assisting the surgeon with positioning, prepping and draping the patient, controlling bleeding, providing wound exposure, suturing, mobilizing tissue, and directing other surgical staff.

- Completion of a recognized RNFA Program (proof of verification required).
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approval states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- ACLS required.
- CNOR Certification.
