Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Chaplain to join our team at Bristol Hospice in Des Plaines, IL. The successful candidate will provide spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers through assessments, customized plans of care, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams.The ideal candidate will have experience working with death and dying individuals/family/caregiverand possess strong communication skills.
