- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR System required; EPIC Super User preferred
- Expert understanding of the Registration and/or Clinical process within physician practices
- Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities necessary to interact with new hires, with patients, family members, physicians, and other hospital associates
- Proficiency with Windows based desktop application is required
- Ability to teach, train, and showcase leadership qualities as a model for others
- Organization and detailed work is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a busy, stressful, and fast paced environment is required
- Basic understanding of medical documentation and terms; ability to spell accurately; able to accurately record information
- Flexible schedule and travel are required

Position: Epic Support Trainer - Clinic (Registration)Location: Travel required throughout Northwest Indiana
Job Summary:
The EPIC Support Trainer displays an advanced understanding of the EPIC electronic medical record system and Community Care Network's specific office workflows. They are responsible for teaching and training newly hired Registration and/or Clinical staff within CCNI; providing direct support during the pre-implementation process and also post go live support as assigned; and performing "refresher" training in clinics as requested. The EPIC Support Trainer is responsible for teaching EPIC Ambulatory classes to employees studying system definitions, workflows, and functions.
