Maniilaq Counseling and Recovery Center is a community behavioral health agency based in the Northwest Arctic of Alaska. Our dedicated team meets the needs of 12 remote villages above the Arctic circle. We are an adventurous group of individuals focused on improving the lives of the residents of one of the last frontiers in the US

Join a team of therapists that reach out to meet the behavioral health needs of the Native Alaskan communities in the Northwest Arctic Borough and Point Hope.

Experience the Arctic and its incredible beauty. Therapists work alongside Native Alaskan counselors and health care workers and have the opportunity to fly into remote villages as well as working in the main village 30 miles north of the Arctic Circle

$7,500 sign on bonus Relocation expenses, retention bonuses, 6 weeks of paid vacation, full benefits. An incredible opportunity to experience the last frontier. Starting base salary of $80,000 going to 6 figures+ dependent on experience and credentials, lots of advancement opportunities within the agency to take on leadership roles.

Available for licensed AND pre licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT candidates. Supervision available.
