    Description

    We are in need of a skilled Warehouse Manager! If you are driven and have experience in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth processes for goods receipt, storage, and shipment while upholding top-notch safety and quality standards, you might be the perfect fit.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Managing day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
    • Collaborating with production and logistics teams to meet order fulfillment deadlines.
    • Establishing and implementing inventory control procedures to reduce discrepancies and losses.
    • Improving warehouse layout and workflow to boost efficiency and productivity.
    • Training and guiding warehouse staff to promote accountability and continuous enhancement.
    • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

    Qualifications we seek:

    • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills for team motivation and development.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
