    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Maximize Schwarzer Precision profile, brand equity and brand value in target industries and markets
    Responsible for winning new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing business in the territory
    Responsible for finding and leading customer projects, in co-operation with inside sales and the R+D team
    Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
    Calculation and presentation of offers, as well as contract and price negotiations
    Develops and implements growth strategies together with the CEO and the international Sales Team.
    Together with inside sales, responsible for daily business
    Budget, Forecasting, Reporting
    Participates in relevant Trade shows etc.
    Travel - willingness to travel min. 70%
    Be a "Voice of the Industry" by actively integrating within the target industries and markets. Highly active participation, speaking and training in target industry relevant exhibitions, seminars and associations
    Responsible for the launching of new products and the training of Burkert personnel so they recognize Schwarzer Precision applications and opportunities in the field
    Develop and maintain a local business plan with the CEO and the international Sales Team
    Responsible for supplying new application requirements from the field to the appropriate parties to help form new product ideas

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


    A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent certified completed technical training courses 5+ years of sales experience ideally in B2B and OEM markets with pump focus and experience.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    To remain current in industry by taking training necessary to remain up to date with new markets and technology.


    WORK ENVIRONMENT


    Depending on location, can work from the HQ office or home office and customer locations both office and manufacturing facility.
