- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in the construction industry highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
