- Monday through Friday work week with no nights or weekends
- Paid vacations and holidays. We offer over one month combined of time off each year
- No travel required -- Technicians work exclusively with one practice at their on-site lab
- Generous benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k)
- Pay: $25 - $40 / hour depending on skill set
- Fabricating full and partial dentures, including, but not limited to, setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, finishing and processing.
- Relines, repairs, occlusal rims and custom trays.
- Full dental technicians also periodically serve as associate lab manager in that persons absence, and are expected to understand OSHA protocol and be willing to cross-train in all areas of the lab.
- Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, during the business hours of the lab and practice.
- Employment experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
- Same-day denture experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a team environment to complete cases.

About Affordable Care
Founded in 1975, today Affordable Care, LLC is Americas largest dental support organization (DSO) focused on tooth replacement services, serving more than 400 dental practices across the United States. Each practice has an on-site dental laboratory, allowing the practice to provide same day dental services including extractions, dentures, implants, and fixed arches. Affordable Care is the DSO for several top dental brands including, but not limited to, Affordable Dentures & Implants, DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions, and Advanced Dental Implant Centers. From the Affordable Care Support Center, located in North Carolinas Research Triangle Park, along with field-based teams, Affordable Care provides business expertise and support services to dental practices, taking care of non-clinical duties so dentists can focus on treating patients (visit ).
