    The Executive Director of Multimedia (ED) serves as a key leader within Syracuse University's creative team reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

    The Executive Director is responsible for implementing a creative strategy through use of dynamic multimedia (videography and photography) to strengthen the University's brand and advance the university's priorities and goals.

    The ED co-creates and helps execute marketing strategies for significant national campaigns and programs to advance organizational goals.

    This involves contributing strategic insights of how to leverage videography and multimedia assets within larger marketing efforts, in order to bring the SU story to life through high-end multimedia productions and daily fast-turn content/storytelling opportunities which often involves creative concepting.

    A key steward of the brand, this individual leads a dynamic technical team of photographers, videographers, producers, and editors day-to-day, moving with agility /speed to translate marketing and digital strategies into consistent and compelling content and stories.

    Demonstrates leadership in translating marketing data and insight into creative decision-making.
