Insight Global is seeking an entry level Product Quality Analyst for a large retail company headquartered in OKC. The Product Quality Specialist 1 is responsible for assisting with collection, analysis, and resolution related to product quality concerns throughout the company. This involves collaboration with internal teams, store personnel, and vendors. This person will be receiving, reviewing, and resolving internal and external feedback on the quality of products within the retail stores.
