    Partnership Health part of the Integrity Family is seeking Part Time LPN in our Toms River office.

    Our outpatient office is open only to the teachers and families of the Toms River School district. We offer onsite Family Medicine, Xray, Pharmacy, Physical therapy and Behavorial Health with no co-payments.

    We are seeking an experienced LPN. Experience with case management or care coordination strongly preferred.

    Schedule can be 2-3 days per week 8am-4pm
