Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric
Account Manager
to join our team.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure our customers' success by fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and driving value from our products/services.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and facilitating growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage business-related escalations from clients.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive client experience.
Work closely with customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing our products/services.
Identify opportunities to enhance their experience and drive maximum value.
Show ownership of client escalations assigned to you.
Share the voice
for customers
internally, collaborating with other teams to address issues and improve our offerings.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
Ensure high customer retention rates.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our products/services.
Provide regular updates on customer health and satisfaction
through our Customer Success platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, or similar).
Proven experience in an Account Manager role or equivalent, with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce, Gainsight, ServiceNow).
Preferred Skills
:
Familiarity with MSP industry.
Project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
Enthusiasm for staying
up-to-date
with industry trends and best practices.
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (
with the exception of
MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
