    We are looking for an email marketing manager to streamline and enhance our marketing automation strategy through HubSpot's integrated platform. Be a key player in owning the setup, maintenance, and management of the platform to optimize marketing campaigns, workflows, and automation processes across all marketing channels. Work with a team of skilled marketers to craft campaigns that support and nurture customers through their Nelson-Jameson journey in a meaningful way.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and implementation of HubSpot-based marketing strategies to attract, convert, nurture, and retain customers, aligned with overall marketing goals and company objectives.
    • Manage and optimize our HubSpot account, including setting up and configuring HubSpot tools, managing contacts, and maintaining data integrity within the platform.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), leveraging HubSpot's suite of tools and integrations.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve email performance and drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
    • Accountable for driving business growth by meeting revenue goals
    • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to capture leads and drive conversions, using the content management system (CMS) and conversion optimization tools.
    • Implement lead nurturing workflows and automated email campaigns to engage leads at each stage of the buyer's journey and move them through the marketing funnel.
    • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop high-quality, relevant content assets (e.g., blog posts, ebooks, webinars) to fuel inbound marketing efforts and attract qualified leads.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs related to marketing and lead generation, such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, email engagement, and marketing ROI, using analytics and reporting tools.
    • Continuously optimize and iterate on marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights and best practices, experimenting with different strategies, tactics, and messaging to improve results.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features within the HubSpot platform, providing recommendations for optimization and innovation.
    • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices, workflows, and tools to ensure effective use of the platform across the team
    • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, and maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list.
    Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related experience
    • Expert understanding of HubSpot for marketing automation
    • Experienced in Account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and tactics
    • 5+ years of experience in digital, email, or content marketing, preferably in B2B environment
    • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:
    • Background in food safety, food technology, or dairy industry
    • Experience with HTML/CSS
    What We Offer:
    • Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000
