Job summary
Provide individual and group support to Clubhouse members in various work areas such as Employment/Education (EE), Communication/Art/Social Recreation (CASR), Intake/Orientation/Outreach/Housing (IOOH) area; Health/Wellness/Life Skills (HWLS) area.
- Promote supportive services environment where members learn advocacy skills.
- Communicate Clubhouse culture philosophy with membership staff community resources employers
- Maintain program records meet Massachusetts Department of Mental Health standards
