- 5+ years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience
- ASE's (current or expired)
- Prepare training materials, classroom, and workshop
- Facilitate training activities based on learning objectives
- Verify student competency of training objectives, and identify students in need of additional training
- Facilitate training of additional skills outside training objectives i.e.: shop cleaning, training supplies care and organization, proper care of vehicles while not in use, tool organization, etc.
- Ability to use multiple forms of training tools: Hands on, PowerPoint, online modules, student lead review sessions, Instructor lead training, etc.
- Ensure all training materials, aids and equipment are in working order and returned to their proper location.
- Effective communication skills
