Mail Handler Assistant Position Overview

The Mail Handler Assistant is responsible for assisting customers with mail-related inquiries and issues. This includes providing information on mail services, answering questions about mailing procedures, and resolving any concerns or problems that may arise.
The Mail Handler Assistant also plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of mail by sorting, labeling, and distributing it accurately and promptly.

The job requires clerical work support USPS operations with administrative tasks as well as Clerical Work supporting other departments within USPS. We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional customer experience while maintaining attention to detail..
