    Description

    We are looking for full-time school paraprofessionals, wanting to start in the next four weeks, to work with K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area.

    As a special education paraprofessional, you will support licensed teachers with academic adaptations, self-care, and social/behavioral needs of students in their classroom on either a one-to-one basis or group setting.

    In this role, you will get the opportunity to positively contribute to the lives of children in special education and make a positive impact on their development.

    This role comes with a competitive hourly rate between $18 - $23 per hour, paid weekly.

    With this role there is no requirement to work weekends and will be on a Monday to Friday schedule within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm.

    Assisting licensed staff in the classroom

    • Weekly pay
    • 1 year of paraprofessional training provided
    *High school diploma and must complete ParaEducator Assessment during onboarding process (provided by Zen Educate) or, 60 college credits or higher

    • 1-year experience working with children in a classroom setting
    • Applicants must have basic-level proficiency in English
    • US Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time.
    *Behavioral Technician or PCA experience working with children

    • Past work experience in a school with children with special needs
