    DOM Location:
    Atlanta (Hybrid) year of experience : 10+ to 18 years

    Roles & Responsibilities

    " Oversee end-to-end implementation of the Sterling DOM system, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

    " Collaborate with IT, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of Sterling DOM into existing systems and processes.

    " Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology infrastructure, to support the successful implementation of Sterling DOM.

    " Conduct regular assessments and audits to monitor the quality of deliverables.

    " Provide regular and comprehensive updates on the status of the Sterling DOM implementation, including milestones, key performance indicators, and any deviations from the plan.

    " Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.

    " Partnering with the cross-functional teams, implement the strategy and roadmap for modernizing the Supply Chain Order Management Platform.

    " Help engineering teams in capex and opex budget planning, monitor the spend withing the budget.

    " Facilitate communication and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the implementation process.

    " Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.

    " Analyse and improve strategies and procedures Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

    " Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

    " 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on complex system implementations.

    " Experience using data and metrices to determine and drive improvements

    " Experience of working with engineering leader in a modern software development based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products/platform.

    " Proven experience leading Sterling DOM implementations or similar Distributed Order Management systems.

    " Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

    " Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and budget planning.

    " Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes.

    " Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    " Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    " Change management expertise, particularly in the context of technology implementations.

    " Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
