AGM Tech Solutions, on behalf of the Client - a Global Technology Company, is hiring an ADA Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ADA Documentation Specialist to oversee the management and upkeep of all documentation pertaining to our ADA programming language initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a proficient grasp of ADA programming, and a background in technical writing and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that both internal and external communications are universally accessible.
Creating and maintaining accessible documents and forms that adhere to ADA standards.
Updating and refining existing documents to align with current ADA guidelines.
Conducting audits of current documentation to pinpoint areas where ADA compliance can be enhanced.
Deploying assistive technologies and software to facilitate the development of accessible documents.
Educating staff on ADA compliance best practices for document creation and maintenance.
Providing assistance to individuals with disabilities by ensuring they have access to required documentation in accessible formats.
This position may necessitate staying abreast of changes in ADA legislation and other pertinent accessibility statutes.

An ADA Documentation Specialist must possess a firm grasp of legal mandates as well as technical intricacies surrounding document accessibility.
