    Member Service Representative perform the following functions:

    • Operational support to managers in the daily operations of the branch both on the teller and lobby side
    • Serves as a point of contact to the membership to market services, products, and programs to perspective & existing members
    • Resolves problems and provides information to members to help insure goodwill and positive relationships
    • Ensure that members are waited on quickly and efficiently in all areas of the branch
    • MSR/Tellers cross sell and recommend products & services
    • Complete paperwork and documentation and ensure that it is submitted in a timely manner to the proper department
    • Know and follow all procedures in relation to managing the cash drawer and handling of night drop/ ATM deposits
    • Know and understand all security and check hold policies
    • Assist with weekly tasks, to include signature card audits, the weekly recap report and loan audits

    Qualified candidates will possess:

    • Possess 1-3 years of prior teller and/or new accounts experience.
    • Candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills
    • History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations
    • Strong balancing and cash handling skills, ability to make sound check cashing decisions
    • Candidates must meet requirements for NMLS registration or will already possess an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator identification number
    • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
