- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Lead and expand the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mobile network operators and technology partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Define success metrics for wireless products and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and product enhancements.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify additional opportunities for product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management within the telecommunications industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi), industry standards, and demonstrated success in launching and managing wireless products and services, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the wireless market.
- Experience with wholesale / resellers; wholesale relationship chain
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, particularly in the wireless marketplace
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
