As an outside sales representative, you will sell our Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing consulting and staffing services to SMB and Enterprise clients in the Buffalo area.     Key Responsibilities:
    At New York Technology Partners, you will manage the entire sales process for both consulting and full-time staffing positions in the Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing marketplaces. This involves:
    • Prospecting: Consistently identifying new opportunities and customers.
    • Qualification: Ensuring all pipeline opportunities meet minimum qualifications.
    • Presentation: Effectively presenting business-driven proposals to convince decision-makers of the value of our solutions.
    • Closing Sales: Meeting annual business objectives by closing timely sales.
    Work Environment:
    Initially, you will work from home in the Buffalo NY area with travel to our Rochester office 1-2 times per week. After three months, we will establish a branch office in Buffalo, which you will help manage. Our Rochester office has a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, and we aim to replicate this model in Buffalo. We are a team of seasoned professionals working together towards a common goal.

    Requirements:
    You must have 3+ years of current sales experience in the staffing industry within the Engineering or IT domain and reside in the Buffalo area. We seek a highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated team player who can think creatively and outside-the-box.
