45K plus Benefits- Direct Hire- 100 percent onsite

Hours: 8:30-5

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a Sales Focus in the insurance industry.

This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while actively promoting and selling insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance to policyholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problemsolving.

Sales and Cross-Selling:

• Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell insurance products to existing customers.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote additional coverage and policies that meet customer needs.
