Job summary
We are seeking a creative hands-on Marketing/Social Media Intern to help tell ATBs storywhat it s like to work here how we partner with clients and the value of our servicesResponsibilities
- Create short-form and long-form content that showcases ATBs culture and services examples day-in-the-life videos behind-the-scenes office features employee spotlights client partnership highlights
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the VP of Sales & Marketing and our outsourced marketing team
- Capture edit publish video content for platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts Facebook write compelling captions on-screen scripts ensure all content aligns with ATBs brand voice visual standards messaging guidelines obtain approvals as needed coordinate schedule client testimonial activities outreach pre-interview questions scheduling basic filming gathering approvals/assets repurpose existing marketing materials blogs case studies whitepapers service pages into social-ready content monitor social channels engage thoughtfully comments/messages escalate inquiries appropriately track performance metrics reach engagement clicks follower growth provide simple reports insights team collaborate internal teams source stories service updates subject-matter expertise support occasional photo/video needs at office select client locations events scheduled maintain organized library assets b-roll photos logos templates efficient reuse Requirements Currently pursuing recently completed degree Marketing Communications Journalism PR Digital Media related field demonstrated creation skills proficiency common creation tools e.g Canva CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Lightroom similar strong writing editing clear professional tone comfortable crafting captions headlines basic scripts familiarity social media best practices trends across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook understanding B2B audiences plus confident camera behind camera comfortable interviewing team members clients professionalism excellent time management organization attention detail manage content calendar meet deadlines strong interpersonal skills professionalism coordinating clients vendors ability work onsite St Louis capture occasional local travel client sites/events may required What ATB Technologies Brings Table award-winning collaborative flexible innovative supportive culture INC Award Winner STL Best Places Work INC Best Places Work MSP Awards hands-on mentorship VP Sales & Marketing exposure experienced outsourced marketing team real-world portfolio building video social B2B tech storytelling flexible scheduling academic commitments approximately hours week company-paid lunch offered three days week working onsite modern office environment access tools create Salary Description hr
