- Act as a strategic ally to help clients achieve their objectives
- Provide guidance and support to staff, keeping updated on client dynamics and external conditions
- Extensive experience in digital communications, social media, and/or public affairs
- Deep understanding of digital media trends, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and editing; ability to simplify complex policy issues
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to continuous growth
- Prior experience in account or client management is a plus
- Ability to excel in a team environment while efficiently handling individual projects
- Effective time management skills and flexibility in handling shifting priorities
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
